We provide internal medicine and primary care for adults 18 and older at our offices in Hudson and Trinity. Our services cover everyday prevention, long term condition care, Medicare wellness visits, diagnostic testing, and minor procedures. Many common tests, including blood draws, lab work, EKG, ultrasound, and pulmonary function testing, are done in the office, so your provider can often review results and plan next steps without sending you elsewhere.
Our care also reaches beyond the office. Our providers offer hospital rounding, visits at skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities, home health coordination, and secure telehealth visits anywhere in Florida. Our providers share one chart across both offices, so each service connects to the same plan.
