We are an adult internal medicine and primary care practice with offices in Hudson and Trinity, Florida. New patients age 18 and older are welcome at both offices. Appointment availability is determined by the office.

Dr. John Hanna leads the practice. He is board certified in internal medicine and holds additional certification in advanced wound care. Miranda McWhirter is an adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with a cardiovascular focus. Amanda Durrett is a board certified family nurse practitioner who brings a warm, patient focused approach to every visit.
Dr. Hanna alternates weeks between the Hudson and Trinity offices. Amanda Durrett, FNP-BC, sees patients at the Trinity office, and Miranda McWhirter, AGACNP-BC, sees patients at the Hudson office. All three providers share one chart. That means:
- Your history, medications, and results are in one place, no matter which office you visit.
- Any provider on the team can pick up where the last visit left off.
- Test results from in office services such as EKG testing and lab work go straight into the same record.
- Your care continues when you are in the hospital or a care facility, through hospital rounding and visits at skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities.
