Our telehealth visits run through the Healow app, which connects directly to your patient portal. That means your video visit, records, results, messages, and refill requests all live in one secure place — with the same providers you see in the office.
Getting set up — 3 steps
- Download Healow — free on the App Store or Google Play
- Connect your portal account — use the same login as our patient portal (call us if you need help setting it up)
- Join your visit — we'll schedule your telehealth appointment and you'll join right from the app

Note: Some visits — physicals, procedures, and anything requiring hands-on examination — still need to happen in person. When you book, we'll tell you honestly which type fits your needs.
Telehealth visits are available to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their appointment.
