We welcome Holiday residents 18 and older for adult primary care and internal medicine at our offices in Trinity and Hudson. For most Holiday patients, the Trinity office at 3633 Little Rd, Suite 103, is the closer choice. All three providers work at both offices and share one chart, so your care stays in one place.

Our Holiday patients include adults starting Medicare for the first time, seniors who want a yearly plan for staying well, and adults who prefer to speak with their care team in Spanish or Arabic. We also see many patients who want the option of a video visit for simple follow ups so they can spend less time traveling.
New patients are welcome, and most are seen within a week.

Medicare visits
A planned prevention visit is a helpful place to start with Medicare.
- Welcome to Medicare visit. A preventive visit available once within the first 12 months of having Part B.
- Medicare Annual Wellness Visit. A yearly prevention planning visit covered under Part B, usually with no copay or deductible when the provider accepts assignment. It is a planning visit, separate from a head to toe physical exam. If other tests or services are done during the visit, cost sharing may apply.

Telehealth follow ups
Secure video visits through the Healow app connect to your patient portal. They work well for medication checks, lab result reviews, and check ins for long term conditions. You can also use the portal to message your care team, view results, and manage refills.
Everyday primary care
Preventive visits, sick visits, medication review, and ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure are all part of our adult primary care. Blood draws, lab work, and EKG can be done in the office.
