Care that used to require a hospital wound center
Chronic wounds — diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, slow-healing surgical sites — have traditionally meant a referral to a hospital-based wound center, often with a long wait for a first appointment. That's no longer necessary for many of our patients.
What's included
Our Hudson office now offers wound assessment and staging, debridement, dressing selection, and grafting when appropriate — all with the same continuity of care you already have with your primary provider.
Why this matters for diabetic patients
Diabetic foot ulcers in particular need fast, consistent attention. Being able to treat them in the same office that manages your diabetes means fewer gaps and faster adjustments when something isn't healing as expected.
