When telehealth makes sense
Follow-up visits, medication checks, reviewing lab results, and minor illness evaluation are all well-suited to video visits. If a hands-on exam is needed, we'll always be upfront and get you into the office instead.
Getting set up
Telehealth visits run through the Healow app, connected directly to your existing patient portal login. If you haven't set up your portal yet, our staff can walk you through it in a few minutes over the phone.
What you'll need
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. That's genuinely all it takes.
During the visit
Your provider will see the same chart they'd have in the office — history, medications, and prior notes — so the conversation picks up right where things left off.
Anywhere in Florida
Because telehealth isn't tied to a specific office, established patients can connect from anywhere in the state, which is especially useful for snowbirds and patients who split time between homes.
